Recurring Cases automatically schedules new cases to be created after existing cases are created or closed

Recurring Cases automatically creates new cases any number of days after a case is opened or closed. Cases recur until you decide to stop. Simply removing the value in the Recur Days field on the most recently created case and the case stops recurring.

  • Set cases to recur a number of days after the Close Date. This is ideal if you want to regularly plan new customer service activities after previous ones are completed (e.g. a case recurs a week after it is closed).
  • Set cases to recur a number of days after their Created Date. This is ideal if you want new cases to be generated for your customer service team to keep to a schedule (e.g. a case recurs each week, irrespective of the length of time to complete).
  • Use Field Sets to specify which standard and custom fields copied across to the new case. Cases then recur with the field values of the case that triggered the recurrence.

CRM SuperStars Recurring Cases makes it simple to automatically create new cases for your customer service team. New cases are created based on the Recurring Cases fields set on an existing case. You can easily stop the recurrence by removing value in the Recur Days field.
